Data we collect
Our contact us forms require users to give us contact information that may include full name, email address, telephone number, address, and similar information. We do not request sensitive information from our visitors, such as credit card unless they are signing up for and making payments.
In order to transport your goods, as instructed by you, your name and address details will need to be shared with our logistics providers (such as airline etc..) who will be transporting your cargo and belongings during this process. We only share what is required of your personal data. We will only share details that are requested in the necessary documentation.
Arab Africa Cargo follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks.
